Fr. Pete will be having a training class on January 8th 6pm-8:30pm for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion that will assist him in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ during Mass.  Anyone that is interested in participating in this ministry must meet the following criteria:  be Baptized and Confirmed, have received First Holy Communion, if married must be married in the Church, or if not married must be living a chaste life, and must have reasonably good health to fulfill the ministry.  

He is also looking for a few to help with taking Holy Communion to the sick/homebound as needed.  If you wish to assit in this way you must meet the above criteria and fulfill the Safe Environment policies of the Diocese of Corpus Christi.
